- Processes incoming/outgoing mail and faxes, including mail that has to be retrieved from carrier websites.
Administrative Assistant-
- Works with multiple departments for data collection, filing, processing of applications, and general support
- Provides basic and accurate information via phone/email
- Provides clients with appropriate product information in a timely manner
- Updates calendars and schedule meetings
- Communicates with insurance carriers
- Collects appropriate documents and ensures their completeness
- Communicates with all staff and clients in a timely manner
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates degree preferred, or high school diploma with additional certification in Office Management
- Customer service or Administration work experience (or similar role): 2 years
- Data entry: 2 year (preferred)
- High Proficiency in (Windows, Microsoft Office, Google Docs)
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (fax machines, printers, phone systems)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Able to effectively manage time with assigned tasks and the ability to multitask and prioritize according to deadlines and information provided by Team Lead or other personnel
Minimum Performance Expectations:
- Following the provided Standard Operating Procedures for daily responsibilities and assigned tasks.
- Responding to phone calls and emails within an acceptable time frame, not to exceed 24 hours.
- Maintaining current, consistent, detailed documentation on all client activity, phone conversations, and correspondence.
- Prioritizing workload: sustaining a flexible attitude to switch prioritization when necessary or directed by Team Lead.
- Being resourceful and proactive when issues arise; taking initiative to effectively problem solve and provide value to fellow team members and clients while also streamlining office operations.
- Actively participating with a positive attitude on daily tasks, special projects and other duties as assigned by Team Leads.
- Facilitating constructive feedback in a positive manner, learning from it, and self-correcting.
- A service-oriented attitude: we serve our clients with compassion, empathy, and a desire to provide them the information they need with excellent customer service - each interaction creates an experience.
- Working individually and as a team for the purpose of collaborating and completing projects.
- Completing all daily tasks with extended periods of time viewing a computer monitor and operating a keyboard.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
